MRO Specialists & MRO Assistants
WOHA’s highly qualified physicians are certified by the Medical Review Officer Certification Council (MROCC) as Medical Review Officers (MROs). Our MRO’s are licensed physicians qualified to evaluate laboratory drug test results based on the Department of Transportation’s Federal Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 and MRO Competencies developed by MROCC.
WOHA’s MRO Team Member/Assistants have successfully completed an approved competency training and certification. This three-year certification is awarded to the MRO Team Member after successfully passing an examination through MROCC. Our MROCC-Certified MRO Team Members provide assurance to the MRO, the employer, and the donor that duties are performed in a consistent and professional manner, which ensures integrity and confidentiality throughout the drug testing process.
